BREAKING: MULTIPLE REPORTS SAYING TWITTER IS TOTALLY DOWN

Multiple people on Parler are claiming that Twitter is down. 

I had assumed I was being Shadowbanned but this appears to be a widespread outage.

Down Detector spiking with issues in the past 24 hours.
